This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Academy of Injury Claim Auditors (“Academy”), and the undersigned participant (“Participant”).
I. Program Deliverables
- CICA Certification upon completion
- Injury Audit SaaS access
- Advanced forensic audit tools
- Weekly training sessions
- Attorney outreach (100 local attorneys)
- Customized eBulletins
- Landing page with portal
- Directory listing in National CICA Directory
II. Fees & Payment
The Program fee is $49,999. Financing may be arranged separately. All payments are non-refundable. Participant agrees to pay $139/month for the Software use (EULA).
III. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All materials are protected. Participant receives a limited license for personal use. Copying or sharing with competitors is prohibited. Participant agrees to maintain confidentiality of trade secrets.
IV. Termination & Disputes
Academy may terminate if Participant breaches terms. Disputes resolved by arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida.
